Quite an eventful year in my book for several reasons: Harry Potter waved his magic wand and transformed himself into a passable old-school song-and-dance-man; composer Frank Wildhorn had not one, but TWO, Broadway flops (BONNIE & CLYDE and WONDERLAND); after a well-documented, troubled journey, a web-spinning superhero FINALLY made his Broadway debut and last (but not least) Mormons missionaries are musical theater gold.
